Judy has enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and a few European countries to be immersed in nature and art. She grew up in Chicago and moved around the Midwest before settling in warm and sunny Scottsdale, AZ. While majoring in Latin at Northwestern, she dreamed of walking where the Romans tread. Rome is still her favorite city but she has enjoyed exploring any city where she finds herself.
After practicing as a veterinarian for 28 years, mainly treating cats, she is transitioning into travel writing. She also leads therapy nature walks to connect others with the natural world.
