We booked this place as a place to stay the night as we moved across the country with our 1 year old and cats. On Expedia, the listing says that pets are welcome. So we booked based on that. Well apparently, they only allow dogs. Which is fine but that’s no where on the listing. They were able to accommodate us for additional fees but I wish this rule was posted somewhere so that we would have avoided the headache. The property itself was great! Lots of space and the amenities were nice. However, ironically since the no cats rule was because of “many people having cat allergies”, there was dog hair all over the bedspread in the master. Good thing we aren’t allergic to dogs, though our cats weren’t too pleased.
This house is located in a good neighborhood, very quiet. The cleanliness of the home left much to be desired. When we arrived, there were crumbs on the kitchen table, gross hairs in both bath tubs, and gritty/sandy material in the master sheets. The master bed is *very* uncomfortable and creaky/loud. Reviews stated there was a swing set and was close to downtown Williams. The reviews were definitely carried over from another home – there is no swing set and not really even a yard suitable for kids to play in. The home is also 30+ miles from Williams. We will not return to this property.
This was the ideal location for my family to enjoy a few nights in the fall weather. They love to come back next year!
The cabin is very private and comfortable. Our granddaughter loved the play set in the yard. It didn’t cool off as much as we had hoped, so we were thankful for the window air conditioning units during the day. The cabin was well supplied with kitchen utensils and bathroom towels. I was glad I had packed some shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap so I didn’t have to use the soft soap that was provided to shower. The only downside was the comfort of the patio furniture. The pads for the medal chairs are very thin and don’t lend themselves to sitting for extended periods of time, at least not for me and my husband at age 60. At a cabin you tend to spend a lot of time outside, and I wish the furniture was more comfortable. As you can see, I still gave the overall rating of excellent, so the outside furniture wasn’t that big of a deal.
Everything was as described and David made sure everything was ready and taken care of before we arrived. It was very comfortable and we had no issues while we were there.

The house/property was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay. Excellent location to downtown and parks. Highly recommend.
Despite a couple hiccups with check-in and internet our family would enjoy staying here again. This is a clean and comfortable home in the perfect location for a Flagstaff stay. Short walk to downtown, trials and parks. Backyard is great for playing dogs, relaxing and star gazing. Home is charming with beautiful trees, but could use some new living room furniture.
We have stayed at many properties in flagstaff, hands down the best. This place pushes all the right buttons.
    Lovely property. Great location
Cute well stocked home on quiet tree lined street, walking distance to downtown Flagstaff & all it has to offer as a welcoming college ski mtn town with many fine & eclectic shops & eateries.

All went smoothly and can’t wait to stay again. Property owners upgraded many areas. It was fully stocked and clean. They pay attention to details and we appreciate it.
I would use this property again. It’s location was great, close to anything you would need or want. Nice, relaxing place. Love the deck to sit outdoors and read or whatever. Loved watching all of the geese on the golf course. All the comforts of home.
Enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, and being able to cook rather the eat out. Wifi works great and lots to watch when we had rainy days. Close to trails for biking. Will stay again
Very quick responses from owner and everything was as described!
Totally enjoyed our stay in the VRBO. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking , baking, plenty of dishes and drinking glasses. Abundance of good towels. Location was excellent. Close to Bushmasters park with lots of pickleball courts. The TVs had access to Hulu and Netflix. Cannot think of anything negative to report. Close to the duck pond where we enjoyed walking our dog. Highly recommend this VRBO!

We loved this place and plan on returning.
What a great location, walkable to downtown. Love your lil bungalow. Will be back at some point!CheersKathy
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the property. The kitchen was well equipped, good sized dining room for 6 and the beds comfortable. All rooms, but the family room, were bright and airy. The family room was a victim of the picturesque tree lined street and the large trees just outside keep it dark despite the large windows. Loved the easy walk into town to just browse around or go dining – and there was a good selection of restaurants to choose from.
Very clean, roomy and comfortable, quiet street and neighborhood, big front porch, redone bathroom, full kitchen. 10/15 minute walk to downtown and all the restaurants and local breweries. Squeaky floors and sticky doors go along with this older home, but a great place to enjoy Flagstaff!
House was very nice and comfortable. The location is close to downtown and near everything around town. Not as much grass in the backyard as I had anticipated, but it may have been due to all the summer rains.

We loved the location of this property…perfect to walk downtown and Thorpe park is close by. We did not realize the cottage is behind the owners house so while the yard was very nice it was not totally private. Also my husband worked from the cottage since we were there 10 days or so and he would’ve liked a little more room but if we go back to Flagstaff for a weekend or shorter amount of time we would stay here again.
Super clean, cozy and comfy plus a short walk into town, this is a great place to stay. The owner is available, friendly, and helpful.
Close to town. Walked to DSB for food. Quiet neighborhood and constance was a nice host with great communication throughout the process.
We loved staying here. It was a walk to downtown Flagstaff, the farmer’s market, library, etc. etc. And the cottage is cozy and comfortable.
The house was in a great location and very clean. The yard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather.

This was a great place to stay, it had everything you needed for a great stay, and the place was big enough so that some could play games, while others watch TV with no problem. The area was quiet and it was so nice just to sit outside, with the weather being so nice.
This is a beautiful property that made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere but in reality was very close to everything we needed. It was a great home to come back to after exploring all the amazing things to do in the area.
Not all the outlets worka lot of lightbulbs were out (only 1 in 6 in the den worked)The Grill is not nice – it’s small and about 1/2 the size of a regular grill. Its pretty old and dirty. If you stay here in the summer months, it’s REALLY hot! Especially in the bedroom in the den (1st floor and the bedroom upstairs (3rd floor) There is no real good air flow in the house. The furniture is all pretty dingy and reminded us of college furniture fyi, couch furniture had stains in it including a cigarette hole, the legs were wobbly and felt like they were going to fall off, the living room rug had SO many stains and was just really dirty. Not a ton of outside furniture. Would have been nice to have some nice lounge/living room furniture by the fire pit on their stone patio.2 spindles on the front porch were broken, the front porch and middle deck badly needs to be re-stained/painted.The dining room chandelier light is not over the center table at all so watch yourself when getting up as we hit our head on it a few times. The Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer were all nice. The Hot tub was in nice shape too and there was someone that came and checked on it which we thought was nice. An Important thing to note is that this house is only a 4 bedroom house. The “5th bedroom” is a den. Also, it does not have a queen size bed, it doesn’t even have a bed. It has one of those leather couches where the back of the couch folds down and you lay on that and that is what they consider the queen bed in the 5th room. Please note that one of our kids slept on it 1 night and said it was his worst sleep ever, it’s about the size of a twin bed and it’s not even a bed. The room with the 2 twin beds on it, the beds are on wheels and they roll SO easily, you turn over in bed and the whole bed moves FYI.The ceiling fan in that room also was so rickety it sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. Overall this place needs HEAVY Maintenance attention and major TLC. The front door (Screen glass door) does not stay shut so when wind comes it flys open banging against the railing.
Absolutely beautiful wonderful place and stay! Thank you so much Mason for sharing your wonderful place with us!
House was dirty. Dirty washcloth in master bathroom upon arrival and hair in shower. Walls and furniture were filthy. Many light bulbs were out. Coax cables on back porch made me think cable was coming from the neighbors house. GFCI outlet was not installed by sink in bathroom. Dishwasher did not work. This is a terrible rental in a great location and with a nice hot tub, but it’s not worth the money. Keep looking. I do not recommend this place at all.

We had a glorious stay in this absolutely charming cottage! Nestled in the beautiful pines, absolutely spotless, and very well appointed, you need look no further for your Flagstaff stay. We spent hours in the courtyard breathing in the healing mountain air. Whether we were inside watching the rain or outside enjoying the view, we loved every second of our visit! Everything was perfect. Very nice & comfortable cottage in a great location. We loved our stay.

Very nice place and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds and great location to hit the town. Having parking on the property is also key. Would stay again.
Great location. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with us when we requested a change in dates.
My sister and I stayed here for two nights. Loved the location – close to lots of diverse restaurants and cafes. Beds were super comfortable and well spaced. Per the photos, there is no kitchen but there is a small frig (no ice), 1990s micro, and Keurig. If you plan on eating a light breakfast or left overs, you will need to bring your own utensils and plates/bowls. Paper cups are provided for the coffee. I use a walker and the house and parking lot are very accessible. A three wheeler can navigate the bathroom and still close the door. Shower is walk in with no grab bars. We appreciated the parking lot was gated. Owner is very responsive.
Perfect location and spacious. Directions and instructions were exactly as described.
Amazing time at the cottages and a perfect location to experience flagstaff!

My husband and I have stayed in over 20 short term rentals and this experience at the Flagstaff Ranch was by far the best!We booked 13 nights based on the 5 star reviews and we were not disappointed. This property is easy to find via gps and instructions from the owner, and is set back in the tall pines of the Coconino forest, just outside Flagstaff city limits. As we approached the property, we entered through a large ranch swing gate which we kept closed for privacy during our stay. The home sits at the end of the road nestled in the Ponderosa Pines on all sides. You will have total, peaceful privacy on the 10 acres there. The only neighbor owns 135 acres nearby and his home is not in the sightline of this property. We did meet him on the road when he was overseeing the outer power gate maintenance, and he was a very nice gentleman. There is a full porch with comfy chair facing the entrance off the front of the home, and another full, wide porch with seating facing the backyard. We spent quite a bit of time there with our little dog, happily racing around the fully fenced yard, surrounded by the pine forest. There is also a lovely flagstone patio with built in gas barbecue, with an option of a bonfire with provided fire wood. Our dog loved the beautiful soft green grass to play on too!The interior and furnishings are very upscale but extremely durable and comfortable. The livingroom with large satellite tv/dvd and game station has plenty of seating with 2 new pushback recliners. There are floor to ceiling cathedral windows to enjoy the forest, deer, birds and the occasional thunderstorm which we loved. The family/tv room/kitchen is open living space, and we enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. Every item we could think of was provided in this beautiful cabin home. There are two beautiful bedrooms downstairs at the end of a hall for privacy. Our friends were returning from the Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico and we hosted them for 2 nights in the King suite downstairs with remodeled bathroom across the hall. There is a laundry room with a wash tub and two full sized front load machines/washer and dryer. Detergent and supplies were provided. The upstairs has a loft with a pull out bed which we did not use, and a very large king bedroom suite with a very comfortable mattress, nice bedding and tv. There is also a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite fully remodeled bathroom. We will be back!!!
Beautiful property very quiet and everything is there you need.
We have come back to this lovely property again. It is definitely our favorite! Perfect everything!
We booked for Labor Day weekend. It is stocked with everything you can imagine. Very clean and wonderful property. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend booking this property.
Beautiful home with thoughtful amenities (the bowl of water for the dog was a sweet touch and she was very grateful for it). The backyard was gorgeous and very relaxing, a perfect place to unwind. It was very easy to feel at home and I can’t wait to go back. Patrick did an excellent job of providing detailed instructions on how to access the house and use the various equipment, it made everything stress free. The bathroom remodels were lovely.

Perfect little cabin we used to stay for a nearby event. Clean and had everything we needed. Dog friendly with a nice back yard. Would definitely use again.
    Nice place!
We loved the are and the house. All our needs were met and the house was furnished well. It was a Birthday trip I will always remember.
Beautiful escape from the desert heat and enjoyed fall! Matt is a great communicator and the cabin was peaceful and in a nice culdesac. There were no issues with barking dogs, as in the previous reviews.
We traveled for my son’s wedding in Flagstaff . The house was everything pictured in the listing and hope to stay again when visiting the area. The beds were super comfy & the decor was so well appointed and had a lot of character.
