The home is located in a beautiful valley. We enjoyed sitting on their deck each morning and night taking in the views. The home is exactly as described and had everything we needed. There are great hikes 10-30 minutes from house.
I had a wonderful experience chatting with the property owner prior to our arrival. She was very helpful and answered all of my preliminary questions. Unfortunately we arrived and found the house to be very hot. With fixed windows and no ac, we called the property manager to see if what we could do to cool the house and repeated phone calls to the property manager went unanswered. I know now that Colorado homes don’t often come with ac but the fixed windows made the house into something of a greenhouse during our stay. Otherwise the property and house are gorgeous and we had easy access to Aspen/Snowmass. Thank you for hosting us.
Everything about Tina’s home says “Welcome! We’re thrilled you’re here!” The house is situated amongst soaring snow-capped mountains and never-ending grassy fields, where we saw deer, elk and a gigantic herd of cows!Upon entering the house our first reaction was “WOW, JUST WOW!” The house is a stunning timberframe log home, saturated by light. The 3 bedrooms – each with its own bathroom – were cozy, warm, and inviting- enticing you to never leave! The beds were fantastically comfortable, with down comforters and pillows.Everywhere you looked there were beautiful sculptures and artwork, and best of all were the views from the front door and back deck! The hot tub on the side deck was sheer joy, and we just looked at the stars and listened to faraway animals calling each other. As a Chef, I loved the fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, spice & utensil I could have asked for (don’t miss the oven’s warming drawer!)It would have been very easy to never leave the neighborhood, the house, the yard & decks – and just sit outside, hike and explore, but the house is only about 15-20 minutes from Aspen, where shopping (& window shopping!) abound, as well as great restaurants and nice places to walk.We would unquestionably return to Tina’s stunning “cabin” and look forward to the opportunity!

We loved this place! Everything was modern but cozy, and the valley was a beautiful place to take walks. Loved the old monastery nearby, and took several walks over there. Old Snowmass is a 25-30 min drive to Aspen, 18 min to Basalt, but it didn’t slow us down! Grounds are really beautifully landscaped- and the meditation pagoda, hot tub, and deck were much appreciated.

This property has an excellent location in Snowmass and is just a few minutes away from skiing or the village. We loved our stay in this incredibly well supplied house.
A great family home with wonderful hosts. We hope to return.
We spent a week here for Christmas family vacation. The owner made sure we arrived ok And even sent us restaurant suggestions. The House was amazing, cozy, plenty of room for a very large family. The loft was perfect for our teen daughter. Cabinets are stocked with everything you need to make lunch or a large family dinner. We cooked a Turkey feast and the stocked kitchen was amazing. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family. The views from master bedroom, kitchen, and living room were breathtaking! After shopping, skiing, and visiting friends we loved coming home to the cozy fireplace and watch movies. We did get snowed in Christmas Eve night and got to enjoy some games and puzzles provided by owner. After getting more than a foot of snow On Christmas we wake up to someone clearing the drive way so we could get out. Also every bed had heading blankets and dual controls. We are so close to everything and loved this house so much and truly have nothing negative to say about this rental. There are so many amazing things about this house I could say and I still would forget something. We will rent again in the future.
This property was amazing. The host was responsive and it fit a lot of people!
Quiet, scenic neighbourhood away, yet short drive, from Aspen. Equipped with essentials. Notes in the house guide guests. Deck is amazing.

Beautiful, very clean house with all the necessities of home. Amazing location too! Comfortable beds, nice outdoor space upstairs and down, and great fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this home.
Loved the location and house. Owners were very responsive. Beautifully decorated!
We have stayed at this property twice and will be back. Great layout for getting together sharing a meal- or finding a quiet space to read. Close to town. Amazing hosts!
Sooo nice! Location is a fantastic launching place. Loved spending time at Pearl St Mall. Enjoyed day trip to Rocky Mtn NP and Estes Park. Beds comfy, all amenities so convenient! Lots of space for our family to spread out.
Elderly people may have a problem with the many stairs. All the wood is oak which is difficult to see the depth perception. The top bedroom is extremely hot. Really could use a separate air conditioner.

Such a beautiful get away! I would recommend.
We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful accommodation. We watched the sun rise from a hot tub with coffee and then enjoyed the open air patio with ipa on tap in the evenings. It was quiet, comfortable, and perfect!
Enjoyed view and hot tub. Would definitely go back.
My husband and I stayed here for a mountain getaway for some hiking and fly fishing coming for 105° Florida heat. The house was absolutely perfect and location was close to Nederland and Boulder. The host had great communication, the house was clean, and bed is comfortable. We loved using the hot tub and sauna amenities and opening the garage door for a cool mountain breeze every morning. The kitchen was also fully equipped.
We had a great time. The property is well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect for outdoor activities, very close to Nederland and close to hiking and mountain biking. Randy was super nice and helpful.

Location was great between many places we visited. Relaxed in the hot tub, beautiful mountain back drop, and visited by two huge mule deers!
Very lovely home, out in the mountains, with everything you would need to relax. Beautiful views and morning elk visitors!
This place was great. The views and the hot tub were amazing each night. We’re back in Kansas and it’s 97 degrees so we’re sorely missing it already. We’ll definitely be back.
3rd time staying here and second for my wife and I. Enjoyed the house and the views. Hot tub is relaxing after a long day. Look forward to planning our next trip to Colorado.
My partner and our two close friends had a wonderful stay! The views of the mountains were spectacular and an easy loop walking around the neighborhood provided continuoue stellar views. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, the board games, and cooking meals together. The cabin was perfect for hunkering down in during the snowstorm that weekend. Thankfully we folled the instructions from the owner of the property indicating 4WD is necessary- especially after a foot of snow. We will absolutely be back!

The house was awesome – great space for 6 of us to hang out, cook, eat, work, etc. Perfect location for walk out back door to trails and short walk down (and up) ski hill road to town. Even saw moose and deer out the back! Paragon staff great and helpful. The house could use some refreshed cutlery in kitchen, and something to keep the mosquitos away outside. Otherwise, no complaints, we would love to get back! Thank you!
Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless.I was happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We stayed at Rocky Mountain Lodge with 3 families. The house is truly beautiful, full of high end amenities, and PLENTY of space for everyone. We loved the house itself! We were also fortunate to have INCREDIBLE skiing conditions while in Breck. The ski storage and boot dryers in the heated garage were awesome! That said, there is no planet where this home is a 7 minute walk to Peak 8. It was a 7-10 minute walk to the shuttle stop which is very close to peak 8. We ended up driving and either paying to park or taking turns driving/dropping off skiers. That was our only disappointment with this reservation. If you are traveling/skiing with kids, be prepared to drive and/or use the shuttle.

The proximity to Peak 8 was extremely convenient for ski school at Peak 8. We were also pleased to be out of the traffic of downtown Breck during the busy holiday week. We liked the layout with the master on the main floor and the 4 bedrooms on the bottom floor.

Great property for families with grown children. Everyone had their own space and there was even a great place for our 12 month old grandson to sleep.

It’s a couple of miles outside Breck to the south but in a gorgeous woodland area that was really quiet. The beds were comfortable , the fore a lovely addition, and the hot tub was lovely at the end of the day. We skied Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek and even though an hour or so drive to the other two it was easily done and the scenery en route was gorgeous. Everything worked well in the house and it was a really comfortable stay. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and we left a couple of sledges for use for future guests.Pinnacle lodging responded quickly to our enquiries and were professional and prompt. We would thoroughly recommend the property! Stayed in this unit for a summer hiking trip. We cooked in meals every morning and several evening. The kitchen was appropriately stocked. We also used the hot tub each day – that was key for sure. We slept well as well. Unit was close to 9, but only impacted us in the outdoor space.
My wife and I enjoyed our 2 week stay. The location is perfect; between Breckenridge and Frisco. The hot tub was a plus. I highly recommend.

Immaculate, very well organized, and stocked with everything we needed! We are very picky renters and there was nothing out of place, everything was labeled with instructions, and the entire home was perfectly spotless. We would love to stay here again when we return to Colorado Springs. The home is convenient to Pike’s Peak, the Garden of the Gods, and the Royal Gorge. It was secluded yet close to everything. DoorDash was our friend for the week. After long days of exploring we could order and out food was there when we arrived. All the conveniences, non of the congestion. We loved this home. Thanks Lana and Dean!Regards,Greg
The setting is beautiful with expansive views. The house felt like a home, with all kinds of details that made our stay easier (books and toys for kids, comfortable places to sit of the floor and play, extras in the pantry to make cooking and packing for hikes easier, easy to follow directions/signs to make sense of how the house worked, and much more). The indoor pool was great for my daily lap swimming. The location was near major grocery stores, which we appreciated (Costco, Trader Joe’s, etc) while still being extremely private and remote. And, importantly, the owners were 100% communicative. They definitely wanted our stay to be enjoyable and perfect, which it was. Super easy and beautiful house to be comfortable in for 6 adults and 3 kids!
Beautiful home in an excellent location with gorgeous views – Just Perfect!!! Everything was extremely clean and organized. We can’t wait to return!
This house is everything and more than what is described. I promise you it’s worth every penny. Pictures of the views don’t do justice. Thanks for the great birthday trip.

This property needs some serious upgrading! There is no central air conditioning, or mini split systems. The TV is Horrible basically Netflix only, no local channels. And the windows and interior all needs replacing. We found out later that the owner lived on site in a lower unit, thou he was pleasant. The parking is very limited.
We had a relaxing and restful stay. We loved the scenery and the home.
This was a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable house! It was central to all of the things that we wanted to see and do. The location next to the park was ideal and we even saw a deer right in the backyard! It was rather hot on one of the days and the owner was nice enough to drop off an extra fan. We would love to return here on our next visit to Colorado Springs!
This place was amazing and perfect for a big family of 6. We came to a beautiful clean house with clean sheets and towels. They had hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels. It had everything you needed and more. The best first place I had been on Vrbo. Comfortable too. The only downside was it got hot but there are fans. But I would definitely stay again. Beautiful area in the back for eating outside with great view of the park mountains. Quiet area to stay and great park access for walking. Love this place.
We rented the home to house all our family for a celebration of my son’s college graduation. The size and location were perfect for the celebration.

The views. Period. Great house, great location and breathtaking views!
This property had exactly what my friends and I needed for our little high school reunion. Just far out enough from the town to feel “out” but still a quick drive into town and the national park. Super clean inside and out with a no frills fitting design. We’ll be back!
This was an absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views to behold. Located away and near the end of the neighborhood road so there was virtually no traffic, my family and I had a spectacular time! This was during the elk rut period of Estes Park and this house was wonderful to hang out at in the periods when we didn’t feel like shopping or it was the warmer parts of the day when the animals are more dormant.
We enjoyed the property very much. The view was absolutely amazing and had many deer visits. The accommodations were ideal for our family considering number of beds/ rooms/bathrooms. Hot tub was functional but didn’t realize that it was only accessible through the master bedroom. Property was clean and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of clean towels and linens. Plenty of necessity items to get our week started and then some. Short and easy trips to downtown Estes Park or RMNP entrances. There was some confusion upon arrival about which door to use for entry. I was relying on the app which didn’t have this complete info. But the property management firm was quick to respond. They did state that maintenance wouldcome during our stay to correct an issue – and to our knowledge maintenance did not come during our visit. We managed without their assistance, however. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.
    Ideal location. Lovely views.

We loved everything about the property, the location, the view, the comfort, the space (indoors and out), all the extras like the high chair for our little guy, the fire pit for s’mores, the shampoo and body wash provided, 2 washers and dryers (upstairs and downstairs), 2 living spaces, and LOTS of outdoor furniture to enjoy the beauty of the area!! Our first time to Colorado and Estes Park, and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!
Loved the home, the view and location. Linda was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay!
We loved our time here. The house was even better than we expected. Clean and well maintained with all we could need while there. The view from the deck was phenomenal! We loved to relax in the hot tub or on the deck after a day of hiking. We would definitely rent this house again!
The house suited our needs perfectly! The views from both levels are phenomenal, spacious rooms throughout the house, basic supplies thoughtfully left for our use, and the quiet location close to downtown, all made our stay the best we’ve ever had in Estes Park! Thank you, VRBO!
Spent four nights and had wildlife sightings every day. Views are breathtaking. Driveway is a little challenging but once you realize you need to turn around it is manageable. The home has everything you need.

Nice (but small cabin), very old ,worn down furniture, with some pieces falling apart. New fridge, microwave and good stove. Nice fireplace (old but functional) with enough firewood. Very small cabin, advertised for 8 people, but comfortable is for 5. Weird back entry to the cabin (initially hard to find) with misaligned door. No place to put wet boots… Especially if there is 8 people. Paid almost 10K for 7 nights (over 2022 New Year week), but fees, commissions, taxes and insurances are about 50% of that amount. I would not go there again.
Good:Comfy beds, charming, well appointed kitchen. Bad: Needs to be cleaned of cobwebs. cobwebs are especially bad above front door entrance, inside windows and upper log ceiling. Made it slightly uncomfortable for me having been bitten by a poisonous spider a few ago that left me with a terrible scar. Living room would feel tight with more than 3 adults. Over all it worked well for us, 3 adults. Housekeeping just needs to look up.
The place is wonderful. A very cozy feel and having the creek outside your door was even better and beautiful. Check in and out was extremely easy and well communicated. The BIG dissatisfaction about the place was the grill. We put dinner on the grill for 7 of us and after 5 min the propane ran out. We communicated this with the property management company and they told us to go and buy more propane at Conoco. Are you serious?!They should have gone and done this for us. They missed the ✅ propane on their list. We rented this home and expected enough propane for two nights. If I was the owner of this lovely home who pays the management company to ensure guests are taken care of, I would be furious. Where was the commitment, to service your guests to the fullest. Here it was the 4th of July, not quite as easy as one would think.
had a great time and loved the property. the vail transportation bus stop is a short 70 yard walk away and can get you straight to the mountain and all around town. perfect for anybody who plans to go and ski/snowboard
This was a great spot for our family, the kids enjoyed their rooms downstairs and my wife and I were very comfortable upstairs. We took full advantage of being by the creek. This was also a great place to cook, best grill we’ve seen, and the kitchen was well appointed. It was quiet when we stayed and parking was good
