Right in between the town of Breckinridge the trailhead for Quandary, this place was super cozy and awesome. Super convenient to everything the mountains have to offer. Highly recommend!
Incredible house and location. Stayed here in this Gorgeous house for 2 weeks in May. Love the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and expecially the breath taking views from the living room of the Tarn Pasture Lake and Mountains. Saw 2 Moose. As expected it snowed while we were here and it was truly spectacular. No Suprises! >As stated in the Skyrun Guest Contract – “Snowplowers in the county snowplow homes from Nov 1 through April 30”. (After that they ‘ALL take off for the season all over the entire county). So if you come to Breckenridge in the off season and snow makes you nervous, have a 4 wheel drive – just in case it snows. Afterall it is a ski resort area. Right after we left, I heard a huge blizzard hit and paralyzed the entire county for 2-3 days. Nobodys fault!
Great property and my family loved spending Easter weekend in this lovely home!
This cabin was great to stay at! Beautiful home, close to town. It snowed quite a bit the day we got there and even with 4 wheel drive vehicles struggled a little bit too get into the driveway but we did make it. Thanks!
    Beautiful location

Everything went smoothly as can be. David, the host, was incredible with his communication and the property was fantastic!
Had a great vacation, owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Wildlife in the area was a pleasant surprise. There was a squirrel that liked to eat on one corner of the deck and would follow m around and chatter, also had a fox as a daily visitor. Someone in the neighborhood must have been feeding it as it was maybe a bit too comfortable with humans so don’t leave your pets outside unattended. Best of all one afternoon I was sitting on the deck, looked up and there were 4 moose out on the road. The bull was HUGE. We’ve been coming to Colorado for years and have never been able to get a good moose sighting / photo and to have one basically right in the driveway was unreal.
Loved this property. We spent a couple nights here with our adult daughter and two dogs. It was cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely book again. Clearly someone’s loved cabin.
The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the fireplace every night and the hot tub every day. The house is within a couple of miles of everything you need. Easy to get to the slopes and downtown. Great view of the slopes from the deck. Owner Dave responded quickly to another questions we had. Overall a great experience.
Family all had a great time

The cottage was adorable and very clean. Very short walk to Main Street with amazing views of the mountain. Easy check in. The on site parking was very nice to have. We would definitely stay here again!
Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Excellently situated cottage-style home… blocks from downtown and close to several restaurants worth visiting for dinner. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would need. The only negative feedback I can provide is that the mattresses are WAYYYYYY beyond their useful lives… the main room has noticeable divots from bodies laying on it, and we slept horribly. I know you don’t always go on vacation to sleep, but it is nice to get some decent sleep when you are in bed. Just a recommendation from a frequent traveler – please invest in some new mattresses!
My husband and I spent three nights at Plum Cottage. The perfect location enabled us to walk everywhere in town. This little gem is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Love the comfy sofa! We’re looking forward to staying there again.
Perfect house. Perfect location. Well stocked and great kitchen.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and the proteas great! Well maintained and very clean, great location to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This is a lovely property backing to a brook in the mountains near Breckenridge that is pet friendly it was a wonderful place to stay for a family over Christmas. Thank you!
It was a great property. It had everything you need for your stay. It’s so cozy and there’s a park next door and beautiful stream in the back. Our stay was Amazing!
Beautiful cabin in a quite neighborhood. The gentle sound of the creek out back was perfect. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee. Everything else, just not coffee. But a quick trip to town to the market got me fixed up for the morning.
    Definitely recommend
Was wondering, listening to the creek in the back yard and moose wondering around.

Cottage has a great location, being only 2 blocks from downtown Breck. very convenient. the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and has hiking trail access within a block. The cottage was more than enough room for the two of us. Having two full bathrooms was great. The fireplace was nice on the cool nights. the only draw back was the lack of a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry one block away. overall a great stay. it was very nice to meet our hostage and chat. Look forward to visiting again next year!
    Great stay
Stay was comfortable & relaxing. Short walk to main street. Loved sitting on the lawn chairs in front in the evenings. However, cottage is on a very busy and noisy corner.
This property is in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown. The owners were great and nice to talk to.
This property provided excellent access to downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding area. Parking is very convenient and you can even see several nearby peaks from the front lawn. The bedroom is spacious and easily accommodated two people. We had a great time exploring Breckenridge, Frisco, Vail, Boreas Pass and Quandary Peak from here.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The location is great and walking distance from all the charming local stores and a variety of restaurants. The highlight for us was the time we spent together as a family and exploring new beautiful hiking trails every single day. Blue Lake, Hoosier Pass, Saw Mill and many more. The home is very well equiiped. Only feedback the beds could be a little larger for tall families and the bedrooms upstairs got warm in early June. We left windows open at night to be comfortable. Great memories of Colarado, Berkenridge and our vacation home. The car park is very helpful.
Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:The best part fo this rental is its location. It is literally feet away from the Blue Line free shuttle. In one direction it drops you off at the Gondola; in the other direction it drops you off at the lifts of Beaver Run. The condo is two blocks from Main Street. We never used our car while there. The place was clean and well equipped. The furniture is dated but functional. I called the management company for assistance and they were professional and helpful. One issue that I had discussed required follow-up and they called me back promptly.I will definitely try to rent it again next time we visits Breck.

This property was great for the price. We were there to attend a wedding and the house had everything we needed for our stay.
We often stay at this house. It is always immaculate, views are stunning, neighbors are friendly and quiet. Host is excellent with communication. The price makes this a true value.
The house is great value and the location is on the bus route close to town. It does get hot during sunny days in the summer, but with the windows open the house cools down at night. The furniture isn’t new and the panelled walls make it a bit dreary. But what can you expect at this price? We’ve stayed before and will probably do so again.
This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Close to downtown and a quiet neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back!
The house was fully equipped with everything you would need. Neighborhood was quiet, and the views were incredible.

My son & I had an amazing time. Enjoyed everything about the property. Easy access to lifts. Looking forward to staying again!
We really enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The location of the property gave us privacy with easy access to town.
The place was nice and well maintained and the owners were quick to respond when there was an issue with a bad door key. Also, the location was perfect – a quick walk to the gondolas with access to the mountain and downtown Breckenridge. Definitely recommend it!
Great property is a perfect location to Breck! Very clean and cozy and walking distance to mainstream. Owners were quick to respond!
First, you do not get the entire property in the picture. It is a walkout basement unit. The house was beautiful and well cleaned. We came after Memorial Day weekend so neighborhood was quiet. Hot tub was perfect after a long hike in the AM or to relax at before bed! Kitchen was just big enough and had all pots/pans to use. We spent most of our time outside and even got to see a few wildlife at the door. Would 100% recommend this place for small group of people or a couple.
