Though I’m not personally a member of any hotel loyalty programs, I’m a big fan of the World of Hyatt setup.

Hyatt’s loyalty program is easy to understand thanks to its fixed rewards chart, which gives you access to tiered rewards across its different brands and, overall, offers actual value for regular travelers. You can scale up with reasonable upcharges or use points to book rooms at Hyatt’s solid Category 1 and 2 properties.
But one major reason I like World of Hyatt is its ever-expanding horizons.
As early as 2018, World of Hyatt unveiled its new FIND program. It lets loyalty members book exclusive tours, from cooking classes to UNESCO-site explorations to world-class wellness treatments.
As a travel writer who advocates for booking small-group tours, I’m—unsurprisingly—a fan of the World of Hyatt’s FIND experiences. While they aren’t offered at all Hyatt properties, some destinations have a handful of unique, exclusive experiences that you can book even without staying at the local Hyatt hotel. (If that’s not the case for some reason, you’ll see a note on the FIND program page.)
If you’re a member of World of Hyatt, here’s where you should be booking FIND experiences.
International destinations you should explore with World of Hyatt’s FIND Experiences
Bali, Indonesia

I had the pleasure of exploring Bali as part of my undergraduate degree, meaning I was able to delve into local culture a bit more readily than the average traveler. And while many people head to Bali in search of lush jungles and clear beaches, you’re missing out if you don’t invest time and effort into learning about local culture.
Bali, in case you didn’t know, is a cultural isolate within Indonesia, where folk religion and Hinduism still dictate daily life. It’s home to multiple royal families, too, and a range of highly unique, homegrown restoration projects. In short, there’s a lot going on besides Ubud’s markets and beaches—and World of Hyatt’s FIND experiences can help you dive deep for a more memorable trip.
These are my favorite FIND experiences, but know that there are dozens to explore:
- Learn about traditional art & fabric at Sidemen Village, including sarong-making
- Learn about Balinese life with a village, temple, and museum tour of a rural town, including a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site at Subak Museum
- Visit Elephant Cave (Goa Gajah) to learn about Bali’s blend of Buddhist, Hindu, and folk religion
- Learn about the cultivation of rice fields in Bali (it’s cooler than it sounds, I promise), then unwind with a massage in the jungle
Madrid, Spain

Madrid is absolutely massive, meaning you can easily miss out on some of its coolest gems. You can cut through the noise easily with the five World of Hyatt tours available via its FIND Experiences. Four of them revolve around food, making them ideal for foodies.
Top FIND Experiences available in Madrid:
- Learn about the difference between tapas and pintxos at Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid
- Lean into all five senses with this dynamic tasting course at Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid
- Explore the best of Madrid’s well-known ‘aperitivo hour’ culture with a few selected sippings
Malaga, Spain

If you’re visiting Malaga, you probably have a full itinerary of historic site visits, museum tours, and beach days. But if you’ve got a little extra cash burning a hole in your pocket and you want to delve deep into the city’s culinary culture, consider booking the FIND experiences listed below. World of Hyatt only offers two in Malaga (for now), which can liven up any trip.
You can book one of the FIND experiences:
- Enjoy a romantic and high-class gastronomic experience with this haute cuisine date (no food substitutions available, so be mindful if you have allergies)
- Take a walk on the sweeter side with this delicious dessert tasting menu
London, UK

If you’re staying at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel or nearby (remember, you don’t need to stay at a hotel to book these experiences, just be part of World of Hyatt), tack on one of these exclusive offers. They let you step into the fairytale culinary world that London is known for, including Sunday roasts, afternoon tea, and a festive tea session.
You can book one of the FIND experiences:
- Classic afternoon tea at the Great Scotland Yard
- Festive afternoon tea (perfect for anyone visiting over the holidays) at the Great Scotland Yard, which you can also substitute for a Champagne Afternoon Tea
- Sunday Roast at the on-site Ekstedt restaurant at the Great Scotland Yard
Oman

I keep seeing Oman pop up as an exotic travel destination—and for good reason. The country is home to a range of stunning desert sites, a capital city (Muscat) that’s full of surprises, and cultural heritage that you probably haven’t experienced before.
It’s easily one of the coolest places that you can explore with the help of World of Hyatt’s FIND Experiences via its Alila Hinu Bay property and Alila Jabal Akhdar.
You can book one of the FIND experiences:
- Dinner by the coast in Salalah
- Thai oil massage in Salalah
- Butterfly trail picnic in Jebel Akhdar
- Private stargazing tour in Jebel Akhdar
