The flavors of American whiskey are arriving at an airport in France. Woodford Reserve is creating a sensory experience at Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris.
The pop-up lounge will be open in Terminal 2E at Gate M from August 30th to September 26th from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
“This unique sensory lounge will bring the flavors of Woodford Reserve to all those traveling through Charles De Gaulle Airport,” said Chris Morris, Master Distiller at Woodford Reserve. “It’s an interactive way to introduce consumers to Woodford Reserve with a Parisian twist, elevating the travel shopping experience to new levels.”
The Pop-Up Lounge Experience
When travelers visit the pop-up, they’ll experience a spectacle of the senses through tasting experiences. Tastings will change daily and occasionally will include high-end limited releases such as the Master’s Collection and Baccarat Edition, which is a cognac-finished bourbon.
Woodford Reserve has partnered with the iconic Paris cocktail bar, Little Red Door, to bring a farm-to-bar cocktail menu to the pop-up. La Maison du Chocolat of Paris has also crafted a special bonbon to pair perfectly with Woodford Reserve.

The Menu
The custom menu will feature Woodford Reserve cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. They’re inspired by the 200 flavors in every bottle of the Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The concept is also keeping sustainability in mind, so cocktails will be served in a keepsake Govino glass to reduce waste.
After a tasting, there is an opportunity to buy it. A range of Woodford Reserve will be available, including Bourbon, Malt, Double Oaked, Five-Malt Stouted Mash, Batch Proof 128.3, and Baccarat Edition. An exclusive bottle of Woodford Reserve Bourbon featuring a “From Paris With Love” design will be available as well. There will also be special customizable gift tags that can be added to the bottle to take home as a gift.
