My husband and I had the good fortune of finding this very special rental home in Palm Springs. The owner, Andrew, couldn’t have been more accommodating, professional and easy to talk to. And Andrew’s House Manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful, attentive and the consummate host. The house was “as pictured” on the website. The entire home is impeccably decorated with clean lines, mid-century modern furniture and furnishings, cool artwork and much attention was paid to detail. The meticulously manicured grounds include five distinctively different seating areas that include two outdoor dining options. We took the opportunity to have many of our meals outdoors so that we could enjoy the peace and quiet. The sparkling pool was not only the “Star of the house,” but was immaculate, refreshing, and delightful. And what can I say about the kitchen? OMG! It was stocked with everything a foodie who cooks and bakes could ask for. Andrew was even gracious enough to provide me with a new rolling pin as I do quite a bit of baking when I’m on vacation. Bravo, Andrew! And thank you, Andrew for the jar of your homemade grapefruit preserves. What a surprise and culinary treat. As is our tradition, we hosted a small dinner party for our local friends and was able to set a spectacular table using the quality place settings, dishes, flatware, serving trays and glassware perfectly organized and stored. It was an overwhelming success. When we come back to Palm Springs, this will definitely be where we will be kicking off our shoes and jumping into the pool.
Palm Springs, mid-century modern, impeccably maintained and everything you need for a wonderful escape. Load up at the grocery so you and your guests will have no reason to leave. Bright and open, it has a wonderful vibe. Owner Andrew and concierge Steve were very accommodating as well. There is also a completely outfitted kitchen with quality table settings to suit any affair. We’ll be back!
Amazing pool& backyard very private as well , we had 3 adults 4 teens ,everyone was comfortable ,the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to cook with . The dishes& silverware were like a classy restraunt style, I loved cooking one of the nights, it was 120 one of the days ,but we stayed cool .Andrew responded quickly to any quistions ,Steve our greeter was very informative as well.wish we could of stayed a week, will definitely be back, thanks for everything Andrew .
My friends and I visited Palm Spring for a vacation and we had such amazing time here. Living is very spacious and the rooms were very comfortable. Master bedroom was very unique in design and the great art works were everywhere. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything and the house was greatly sound-proof even though the doors that led to the pool were made of glass. Steve, the manager of this property, recommended many attractions and took good care of us. We would definitely come back here for a vacation!

The house which in reality is a condo is not what you consider to be a vacation home. In fact you stay in a Place where the owners just left for the time of your stay. We were told many times that it’s not a vacation home and we think this should be mentioned in the description. It made us feel very unwelcome . Every inch is full with some easily breaking decorations.which we had not been told about although we had rented it for a family with three kids. Every closet is full with their stuff. Even in the kitchen cabinets there are pots with papers saying ˋonly for decoration ´. We were 6 people with no place for our groceries, no empty drawers for clothes. For more than 2 weeks there were roof repairs starting 7am and waking us up with the noise. Every day we had to clean the terrace from that potentially unhealthy dust (the workers used gas masks) so that at last we didn’t use it any more and left the dust and the debris where it happened to fall down. There was toilet paper and soap for the first two days ,no shampoo or shower gels, and shower knobs were very old and hard to turn on and to choose the temperature. we had to buy sponges and cleaning supplies immediately after our arrival. There was just a small bucket for trash for six people. We were told to buy or own trash bin. The mattresses were very old and worn down and you had to pay attention not to fall out of the bed as the mattress was saggy. No Netflix login for rooms, no chromcast for master. Communication with owners problematic. We wanted to meet because of all the problems but they refused although they had originally offered to walk us through the house. During our stay they asked twice if something was broken, so we knew already that they were going to make problems. So we offered them to meet on our depart so that they could see that every thing was ok but they didn’t show up. In the end we were accused of stealing and breaking several things. We never before had any problems with any house owner. Be careful if you rent this condo especially if you have kids. I don’t recommend it at all. The only reason that we didn’t move out was that we had already paid for six weeks.
We stayed here for nearly two months (May/June) and loved this house and neighborhood so much! The architecture and layout of the Wexie allow the house to stay nice and cool, even on the hottest days. All bedrooms are generously sized, especially the master bedroom with its walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The high ceiling in the living room and circular sofa layout make for great family time.Erick and Javier were excellent hosts–very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Because it is their home and not just a rental property, it was fully equipped, but still very flexible, allowing us to feel like it was very much our space. The garage is a life-saver under the desert sun and we took regular advantage of the community’s two pools. The back garden offers a beautiful bit of outdoor privacy and if we were home at the right time, running through the sprinklers was great fun. Thanks very much, gentlemen. We’ll be in touch next time we want to visit Palm Springs!
Lovely spacious home with lots of amenities in a beautiful and friendly community!
Thank you Javier and Erick for providing such lovely accommodations. We had a nice month relaxing on the patio and strolling into town. We appreciate your hospitality!!
Our family stayed here for 2.5 months during the summer. This vacation home exceeded all our expectations. I recommend staying here.Interior design: We’re impressed with the interior design of the house. Everywhere we looked we saw stylish furniture and beautiful decorations. Even the ceiling fans were a dramatic statement. The house owners put love and attention into every detail. As we browsed local furniture and art stores downtown, we realized that the interior design was a reflection of Palm Springs. Perhaps we need to get out more, but it was the best interior design of a vacation home that we’ve seen. Kitchen: The kitchen had all the basics and had lots of dishes and glasses for entertaining. Bring your own waffle maker. Neighborhood: The whole Rose Garden neighborhood is quiet, clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed evening strolls and sunsets. Location: I believe the house is in a convenient location. It only takes two minutes to drive to the grocery store, five minutes to downtown, 18 minutes to the tram, 50 minutes to Joshua Tree. Downtown Palm Springs and the nearby Palm Dessert have many furniture stores and art galleries.AC: We have to say, this is the hottest summer in our life with a record 54 days of 100 to 120 degrees. However, the AC in this house provided us an oasis and we felt comfortable. Nature: Although this is a desert, there was so much wildlife to appreciate in the neighborhood: hummingbirds, Northern Mockingbirds, Dessert Cottontails, roadrunners, and more. The mocking birds had a nest outside one of the bedroom windows. We witnessed the eggs and the little chicks. We’re very grateful for the beautiful and wonderful experience that Eric and Javier shared with us.

VRBO is convient and easy to book with
Adorable place with great decorative touches throughout and oh that pool!!! We had such a great stay and would definitely return. Short walk to town and located in a very nice quiet neighborhood.
A very nice place to stay. Planning to come back here again.
Even though the weather was ridiculously hot the Martini get a way was a nice treat. The pool was perfect and the close proximity to shopping and food was great. Will return.
Overall house was great. A little Tlc on tile work around the pool. Rained and window leaked really bad in sunroom. I would definitely love to stay again.

We absolutely love staying in this amazing home. In fact, it’s our second time. Thank you so much for having us, especially a few days before we tied the knot.
Just had a wonderful 12 days at this property. Peter was super responsive to any request- just a joy to communicate with. The house and yard are very private and quiet – only a block off the #111 and could not hear a thing. A short Uber to town. Loved the pool and spa – didn’t even need to heat the pool! The fire pit was perfect for star gazing at night. Highly recommend this property – 10 stars!E and R
One of our top VRBO rentals. Description of the property is accurate. Cleanliness, spaciousness, and ease of getting into the property was a huge plus. Pool is perfect for a couple and includes floats and comfy lounge chairs. The proximity to downtown Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and Coachella Valley was perfect. We enjoyed Lulu’s restaurant downtown for many meals, and the Vons supermarket is just across the way. Very convenient to everything Palm Springs. Peter was also a pleasure to chat with. Thank you for a great stay!!!
We were obsessed with our stay! We never wanted to leave the house. Peter was so responsive and helpful. Thanks so much!
This place was an absolute dream. I think everyone agreed that the home was one of their favorite parts of the trip. The architecture of the home truly embodied the Palm Spring’s atmosphere, and the decor was incredibly welcoming. Pete was a fabulous host every step of the way.

Loved this place! Beautifully appointed, well equipped, nice outdoor space, great location & host.
John was such an amazing host. He texted me before our arrival and throughout our trip. His house was very comfortable and safe during our stay for Coachella weekend. He even provided us recommendations for things to do in the area. We will definitely come back to stay in Palm Springs, hopefully with John again.
    Lived up to expectations
John is a wonderful host. When you walk into the house you know you are in Palm Springs. Every inch of the house is useable. We loved the art and the fireplace. Well equipped for entertaining.

Clean, nice, perfect little cozy place on the edge of Cathedral City. Lots of stars. Pool & hot tub. Owner responds quickly. She has an emergency contact for any issues. Only had one realMisshap but the on site manager was there in minutes to fix issue. Issue was outside of owner’s control.
The location makes everything in the valley accessible. The pool and spa are quite nice and the spa particularly enjoyable on winter evenings. The Owner is accessible and responds quickly. The property is large and the Casita has everything we needed for an enjoyable multi-week stay.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s property. The pool and spa were excellent and the outdoor space was tranquil without feeling too isolated. The unit was cozy but in a good way – just be advised that the A/C unit is in the bedroom only, though the overhead fans helped to circulate the air pretty well once you get the temp right in the bedroom area. Very well stocked and smartly appointed… and a great value! Will definitely keep this gem of a property in mind for future stays 🙂

We stayed here for a month and brought our two small dogs. The yard is perfect and the house was spacious. Similar recommendations to previous guests to provide a welcome package with passwords and instructions. Everything worked well during our stay. The kitchen sink doesn’t have a plug although we managed by using the spray powerwash we purchased at the grocery store. Master suite had a great bed; v. comfortable. One could likely buy a plug for the kitchen sink at the dollar store. One small issue during our stay and the host was v. responsive. The garage was not available to use so keep that in mind. Over-all it met our needs and we would consider renting again.
A very nice house with lots of extras not usually furnished in a rental. Didn’t like the ROKU tv setup very much. Owner was very prompt with correcting the few problems that occurred.
The backyard is roomy, private and great for sun or shade (and dogs). The home is in close proximity to many of the Palm Springs amenities and was a quiet neighborhood.
Let me start by saying I reached out to the property manager directly prior to writing this review. I do not like to leave bad reviews, I would rather address the issues directly. This did not happen because Kar did not reply after he asked how he could help. We replied and then checked out. We still have not received any communication from Kar.I was amazed at how many good reviews this place had.The bad reviews for this place are true. Do not over look them. If we were allowed to submit pictures, you would re-think booking here for the price.I gave the overall rating of a 2 because the back yard is large and nice. We did not use the amenities other then the pool. We were told the pool would be heated but it was not. I took my daughter and grand daughter who is 2 here for a mini getaway. The pictures make this place look amazing. It is very unsafe. There are no screens on any windows. Two of the windows did not lock. One which I could open from the outside, it was shut with a tiny stick. Given we had a 2 year old with us, this made us uneasy the entire time. The couch was nasty. It was so dirty that you need to put down a sheet to sit on it. The floor was not cleaned. We take out shoes off inside homes and the minute we did our feet were black. Kar asked us to let him know about anything that was broke, we did and he stated he was aware of the issues. But yet they are still issues? The place is located about 3 miles from downtown which is nice. If you are looking for a quit place, do not stay here. It is located by a main street and airport. Given the windows are broke you hear everything. For paying almost $1800 for 2 nights, we could have went somewhere nicer.
My family had a great mini vacation at this home. A beautiful spacious house with an amazing backyard for everyone to hang around, soak up the sun and play in the pool. House owner is very communicative, answering all my silly questions. We had a blast at this house and would definitely rent again. Clean, spacious, relaxing, beautiful views of the mountains, quiet neighborhood. Totally recommend.

I love this property, it really has everything you need for a nice relaxing family staycation. Well appointed, including pantry staples and board games. All you need to bring is your clothes and swimsuits. The owner communicates and is responsive, and the home is wonderful. I always come back here knowing we will get the same great accommodations each time.
Everything I needed to enjoy Palm Springs
The home was as you see in the photos. Pool was delightful for cooling off. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. We didn’t cook at home much, so the limited cookware was not a problem.
Perfect home for some fun and relaxation in the desert. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood and comfy beds.
Enjoyed a delightful week staying in Palm Springs at this lovely home. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but not far from downtown and all other shopping or dining needs, this felt like the perfect place to spend a week at the end of a whirlwhind tour of the West’s natural wonders. The heated pool and whirlpool more than kept this Midwestern family enthralled. The owner was responsive to questions and receptive to some suggestions I made having worked in facilities for a couple decades. I worked while the family relaxed, but the small desk and patio/pool area proved a relaxing place even while the e-mails flew. I would definitely stay year again.
