This space is small!! I don’t know how they can claim it sleeps 6 people when we could barely move inside with 2 !! The view and only an overnight stay was helpful. The cleaning people came 40 minutes early and kept coming back like vultures to clean the room! Extremely unprofessional and annoying!!
Great stay in this spotless and comfortable condo. Very tastefully renovated property. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Wish we were still there!!
We loved our stay at this property. Owner took time out to create a book of good to know information about the property, and local restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We did not like the mattress in the in the bedroom. The middle was extremely soft and made it uncomfortable to sleep.
Did not spend much time inside since it was right on the beach but the property manager was the BEST and very easy to get a hold of
Right on the beach! A local company will rent you beach umbrella and two chairs for $40/day and place them on the beach for you by 10 AM each morning. Call 843-670-1009.Convenient location. Good value. We’ll stay here again,

Had a great stay on Isle of Palms. Larry was super to work with and communicated well. Truly is a great location. Multiple restaurants, beach shops, and the ocean within short walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for the weekend and was in good condition. We’re planning to go back.
We were in town for a wedding in Charleston and this location was great because it was peaceful and near the beach, but also easy to drive downtown to see the sights.
This unit was simple, clean, and met all of my expectations. It was quiet, parking was convenient. The location is a block from the ocean, and “downtown” IOP. Nice restaurants and shops on Sullivan’s island; and the famous Seabiscuit Cafe is within walking distance from unit. Larry was an excellent host, always just a text away. He was flexible and friendly. Bed was comfy, and I liked there was a TV in the bedroom! Thank you again for a good experience.
Larry was a great communicator and property is even better than appeared online! Walking distance to all the best places including the beach and check in and check out were a breeze! Would absolutely stay here again!
Larry Stafford provided truly remarkable kindness, concern and support when my husband suffered a medical emergency. He was quickly responsive and efficient when we had a minor issue with the condo. Larry Stafford embodies “Southern Hospitality” — a most thoughtful and generous host. We owe him sincere gratitude.

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is in a wonderful location in Wild Dunes. The walk to the beach takes 5 minutes. It is close to the new Sweethgrass Inn. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, Cathy was aware and apologized that maintenance hadn’t taken care of it. This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in IOP and highly recommend it. I hope to rent it again.
Our stay was wonderful. Our condo was in the most convenient location just a short ride to everywhere we wanted to go. The walk to beach was the perfect distance and we enjoyed having the pool right behind us as well. The owner was easy to work with from day one and even alerted me to an issue we were not aware so she could have it corrected while we were there! Overall if I was to go back to the Isle of Palms I would 100% stay here again. I have already recommended to some family members.
Condo was great. Just as pictured. Loved the separate bedrooms/bathroom setup. Condo was fully equipped with all that and more! Clean, neat, tidy with nice sheets and towels. Would stay there again in an instant and would recommend to all. Thanks Cathey!
The property was wonderful. Great location, clean, well equiped and comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.
It was very clean and comfortable. Good location from beach and downtown. We really enjoyed the stay.

The house is a very convenient beach cottage. Dog park & kid parks across the street. Quiet location a few blocks from the beach so an easy walk. Not in perfect condition but fine for a beach house. Close to restaurants and groceries. Our second stay here and we’ll do it again.
Great location on IOP. Great house. Lots of room for family.
Very clean and well stocked with a nice kitchen. Loved the screened front porch and they had a waterhose to rinse off after fun in the sand. We rented a golfcart on the island which made trips to the beach a breeze. Right across the street from the park but still super quiet and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
This house was perfect for us for the weekend. 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We were all comfortable and had space to spread out. It’s a great little beach house and if you have kids, RIGHT across from a super nice playground and field. We will definitely consider this again for a weekend away!

Loved this location, easy to access with a nice backyard.
Wonderful location near beach access and great fenced in backyard for our dog.
We enjoyed a wonderful vacation and stay at Lee’s property. Only a five-minute walk to the beach, and a great place for dogs.
Property owner does a fantastic job of making the property welcoming and hospitable
We had the most wonderful time at Lee’s property and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more! The location is priceless! Only a couple blocks from the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the beach. We also loved walking to the Boat house restaurant multiple times for evening drinks and meals. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lee and Mary and by the time we left felt as if we gained some new friends.

Location was great, place was neat but not clean. Dishes in the cabinets were not clean. Oven calibration was off. No late check out. Customer service lacking.
Great location! Walk to everything. It’s a small space but worked for our needs. We were not inside much. Great Balcony for people watching on the beach. Could have been cleaner, old food and things under the pull out couch. Great for a weekend only get away.
Great location and easy to access. Beautiful ocean view over the parking lot.Furnishings are very old. Sleeper sofa cannot be sat upon because it caves in like a bean bag and is hard to get out of. The TV would not work for the wholes stay because WIFI was too slow and didn’t have the bandwidth to stream (that is the error message that popped up on screen). The apartment is very small. So small that the queen bed didn’t really fit in the bedroom. The queen bed took so much room that we had to slide sidways down the hall to get in the bed and a chest of drawers has been wedged in there so that the bifold doors on the closet won’t open all the way on the left side. The coffee table is metal with a glass top and is too big for the space. The glass top is very painful on shins and knees so we carefully moved the table out of the way.The balcony is nice and has the aforementiong ocean view. But the indoor/outdoor carpet on the balcony if filthy and moldy.
There was a miscommunication about the location so the rental company and the owner worked very hard to ensure that we could still have a place to stay. We didn’t end up in the apartment but gave us a different location instead because of the miscommunication. We were upgraded quickly and everyone in my party had a wonderful time all around. Thank you caroll realty and Martin Presley for working with us! We had a wonderful time and would definitely book with you again!
In town for family wedding. Everything we needef!

This property is very nice and appears recently renovated to have a clean “HGTV” look about it (large bathroom tiles, wood floors, etc). Even the furniture is new and a nice brand (Basset) — which contributes to the luxurious feel of the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc though you’ll want to bring your own spices (like salt, etc) as these appear to be thrown out for sanitary reasons after each guest’s stay. The outdoor porch was much larger than the pictures indicated — with ample room for 2 rocking chairs and a round dining table with 4 chairs. We were initially worried that it would be too noisy being next to the pool, but it wasn’t an issue at all.The master bedroom was plenty large with a king bed. The extra bedroom slept my oldest child in the bed and our 10 year old in the sleeper pull-out. The children did indicate that they could hear some hallway noise at night as people passed by — but didn’t act like it lasted much past 11.I did think the mattress in the master was slightly uncomfortable and could’ve been more supportive. Also, we could hear our neighbors above us sliding chairs across the floor later than we would’ve cared to hear. Luckily, we brought earplugs which we ended up using to help us fall asleep. It wasn’t too loud, but if you’re sensitive to noises when falling asleep, it might bother you.Skip trying to do grocery pickup at Harris Teeter off island (the on-island location doesn’t do it). It was a complete disaster – we ended up getting our groceries after going inside and supervising (after 45 minutes of them not answering the phone). Several other frustrated people were also waiting — one family drove 13 hours and had waited only to be informed they cancelled his order. The beach was nice though I really wish they didn’t rent beach chairs. The company sets up at 6:30 am and they sit there all day – whether or not the people that rent them show up. They are set up farther back where the tide can’t reach them — and where the sand blows and it is much hotter than nearer the shore. As far as eating out , we had a WONDERFUL meal at Page’s Okra grill in Mount Pleasant, about 15 minutes away.I hope these critiques are helpful — please know, we’d rent this unit again.
    Very nice
Great location not only address but the position in the complex. Lovely deck and easy walk to the pool and beach. Never seen so many sand dollars and starfish!
Wild Dunes is an exceptional get away beach vacation! Our rental condo, Summerhouse 209 was also exceptional with lovely view over pool to ocean. It is a spacious, clean, impeccably maintained and lovely decorated 2 bedroom condo. The porch also provided nice seating for outside entertaining. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with ample dishes and utensils for a week long stay. We are looking forward to a return next year. Thank you for creating the ambience for a memorable vacation!!
We arrived on a Monday to glorious sunshine. On Tuesday we walked on the beach and swam in the pool, but unfortunately on Wednesday it was grey and windy and we decided to leave on Thursday morning because of approaching Hurricane Ian. So an expensive three nights!

    Very relaxing
My husband and I spent 3 nights at the condo. It was the perfect place to wind down and relax. What we loved- right off the beach, a private pier and beach access with keypad for access, comfortable, well decorated, and stocked with quality towels, blankets etc. and kitchen well stocked. Location is within walking distance and convenient to many restaurants, ice cream, shops for buying and renting beach gear and souvenirs. There is an outdoor music venue close by also if you are looking for entertainment crowded but music is usually great. It is so nice not to have to drive to get somewhere or look for a parking space if you choose to stay in the area however, there is so much within a short drive to choose from and of course many sights to see if that is what you are here for.Paul was so pleasant and easy to communicate with and made the renting process seamless. He was very responsive when we had questions and kept us informed. Overall a great stay!
We had an amazing time. The property is in a great location with access to the beach, restaurants, and your grocery needs. Getting to Charleston for any activity is convenient. With this rental you are able to get to the beach and pier in less than 1 minute which is great when you have to tote your belongings. We highly recommend staying here and we would rent this place again in the future
Thanks Paul we had an awesome vacation.
The condo was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great for the price. Beautiful area and the beach is close.
I rented the house for myself and sisters and it is cute but too much stuff sitting around. We only had one coffee cup! I was at the beach and my sisters met the owner and they said she was rude. We had a golf cart delivered and evidently she called the police about it before we got there. I will say this was the first time and last I will go through vbro!
It was very cozy and the location was very good.
    Great place with great amenities.
Close to Sullivans island to be able to ride across the bridge and hang there. Beach access parking tends to be tight at 3rd Avenue, but never had to hard if a time finding a place for our golf cart.

I e been to IOP all of my life but this was the first time in this unit. It was perfect. Everything about the unit and area was just as described and very beautiful! We will be returning every year. Thanks!
This unit was exactly as described, and met our needs very well. It is just steps from the beach, and steps from the pool. Frank, the owner, was a good communicator and provided all required information. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Really enjoyed the screened porch, where we had our coffee each morning. Would stay here again.
Stayed week July 2022. Condo, location to pool and ocean was excellent. Wild Dunes is so gorgeous and family friendly. This condo has become our go to spot and will return next summer. Thanks for great family trip!
Nice property. Quite at night. Good pools
Everything was well stocked. A nice cozy place. The air conditioner went out on July3. I contacted the property manager july 4th, it was fixed right away. Only small complaint was the upstairs people were very noisy. Great place! I would definitely rent again!
