In early 2026, Avari, a new project from Casago, took over management of more than 5,500 Vacasa homes.

That’s a lot of names going on—let me simplify. Casago is an international vacation rental website founded in 2001. Vacasa was another full-service vacation rental management platform. Both companies differed from Airbnb in that they’re management companies that handle cleaning, maintenance, and so on for their own properties rather than allowing private hosts to list their own units.
In 2025, Casago acquired Vacasa. Since then, it’s been quietly flipping and refining those rental properties to meet its own standards. Now, they’re being managed by Avari. (Are you still with me?)
Now that Avari has launched with more than 5,500 vacation rental properties across the United States, they’re sweetening the deal for newcomers. Here’s what to know about signing up with Avari, plus how to take advantage of its 15% off fall deal, which is currently live.
A closer look at Avari and its fall season sale
Head to Avari’s homepage (linked above) to start shopping around for its rental units. You can explore based on the state, then check out specific properties, like PCB or along Highway 30A in Florida. Click on the rental like you would on Airbnb or Vrbo, then look through the reviews to see if it’s a match.
Head to Avari’s Deals page to shop around for rentals that are part of its 15% off fall sale event. There are more than two thousand properties listed on its fall sales page, especially in the Southeast and on the West Coast. All promotions are automatically applied at checkout.
The fall savings event is eligible only for bookings made between 9/15 and 10/31 with a two-night minimum.
If you find a region that you aren’t familiar with, Avari also has a helpful Travel Guides page. It breaks down the best food, activities, and services in each location, giving you a leg up for your first day in town.
