Oregon’s 362 miles of coastline is made up of white sandy shores and epic rocky, pine-covered cliffs. This spectacular region in the Pacific Northwest is home to busy seaports, windswept sand dunes, and historic lighthouses. From cooking freshly caught crab to whale watching from the comfort of a hot tub, there are lots of reasons to rent an oceanfront vacation home for your stay on the Oregon coast. Inviting beach rentals dot the seascape — the hardest part may be choosing which area to stay in.
On the north Oregon coast, we found gorgeous vacation rentals in charming Cannon Beach with views of the most iconic sea stack (large stacks of rocks that were once part of the coastline), Haystack Rock. Families and fishermen alike will enjoy the pup-friendly place we recommend in Rockaway Beach. We also found plenty of perfect places to stay in Tillamook County’s Pacific City, which is known for the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area, and one in the sleepy seaside town of Neskowin.
Making our way down to the central Oregon coast, we sourced some amazing Vrbos in bustling Lincoln City, which along with its long stretch of gorgeous sandy beach, is known for its food scene, casinos, and shopping. On down the 101, we also found a great Oregon Coast vacation rental in Depoe Bay, which is known as the Whale Watching Capital of the Oregon Coast. Here are some amazing oceanside vacation rentals to consider for your next visit to the Oregon coast.
