Rosemary Garden doesn’t feel like Rome. As you walk up to the front door, you’re surrounded by greenery, and can hardly see any other buildings. Yet if you turn and walk for five minutes, you arrive in the grand, pulsating atmosphere of Piazza del Popolo. The garden creates a buffer to the rest of the city, keeping an air of calm about the house. It’s a homely environment – there are plenty of knick-knacks about the place, and while the printed upholstery might seem gaudy to some, we thought it went well with the rest of the space.
