You may want to take a break from working out and eating well while you’re traveling, but you don’t necessarily have to do that — especially when you stay at the Wynn Las Vegas.
Indeed, Wynn Las Vegas recently introduced a new program it calls “Wynn Living Well” to offer guests “curated health and wellness experiences,” according to the resort.
The offerings, which are designed “with flexibility and fun in mind,” range from custom IV drip therapies at NutriDrip by Clean Market to training sessions following quarterback Tom Brady and his trainer Alex Guerrero’s TB12 methodology and golf at Wynn Golf Club.
“Being away from home does not mean you have to compromise on your desire to stay fit, eat right, or enjoy healthy activity — our program was created to provide our guests everything they need to live well, no matter how they choose to define it,” Brian Gullbrants, chief operating officer of Wynn Resorts North America said in a statement. “Through the Wynn Living Well program, we’re able to offer guests world-class instructors, five-star treatments, exclusive fitness programs, and health-conscious fine dining.”
The program’s ambassador is healthy living proponent Amanda Kloots, who in addition to co-hosting CBS’s talk show The Talk, is an author, dancer, and athletic trainer. Kloots also created four full-body workout videos that guests can watch in their rooms when they stay at Wynn Las Vegas.
“My number one goal, whether traveling or at home, is to make fitness part of my daily routine and incorporate movement into my everyday life,” Kloots said. “Wynn’s new wellness program will help those on the go do just that. Whether it’s one of my original in-room workout videos or a nutritious meal at one of the resort’s acclaimed restaurants, the new program is a holistic approach to wellness that features something for everyone.”
There are three of what Wynn calls “health and wellness pillars” to the Wynn Living Well program: Renew, Replenish, and Re-Energize. Here’s a quick look at what each so-called pillar entails.
Renew
“Combining traditional and innovative treatments, the Renew pillar promotes relaxation on the deepest level for a total body reboot,” according to Wynn Resorts. There are, as you would expect, several options. For instance, the Wynn and Encore spas now offer CBD-infused massages and skin-revitalizing facials, while the resort’s salons offer caviar-infused scalp treatments.
Replenish
“The Replenish pillar provides guests with nourishment to support physical, mental, and spiritual wellness,” Wynn Resorts explains. “Choices for replenishment include aromatherapy massages and oxygen-infused facials at the Wynn and Encore spas as well as hydration and vitamin IV drip therapies from NutriDrip by Clean Market.”
Wait, IV drips in a special lounge? Yes, that’s right. “Relax in the lounge while you soak in your Wellness or Recovery IV drips — perfect for seeking an extra boost of energy before a night out on The Strip or if you’re recovering from a late night of indulgence,” according to NutriDrip.
“Wellness IV Drips are designed to support everything from combatting oncoming sickness and flushing toxins to restoring youthfulness and kickstarting the fat-burning process, while Recovery IV Drips can remedy severe, moderate, and mild hangovers, as well as relieve migraines.”
What’s more, Wynn’s mixologist, Mariena Mercer Boarini, has created a “Drinking Well” program to offer non-alcoholic beverages throughout the resort. These special drinks feature ingredients such as reishi mushrooms, lion’s mane, ashwagandha, maca, and others that are believed to promote energy, happiness, clarity, and balance, according to Wynn Las Vegas.
Re-Energize
Wynn Living Well’s Re-Energize pillar features numerous fitness offerings, designed for all ages and fitness levels. They include SoulCycle exercise classes, golf at the 6,722-yard championship Wynn Golf Club, and yoga classes at the resort’s fitness centers.
Guests can also work out in their rooms following Kloots’ workout videos and even book a one-on-one treatment session with a TB12 body coach. Co-founded by Tom Brady and his body coach Alex Guerrero, TB12 emphasizes muscle recovery and helps to prevent injuries by focusing on pliability, nutrition, hydration, movement, and mental fitness.
