Settle in and enjoy Uniworld’s second annual 55-night “Rivers of the World” cruise! Be there on October 3, 2024, when this boutique river cruise departs from Lima, Peru. You’ll be one of 68 passengers journeying across three continents and 10 countries. You’ll be treated to the amenities and luxury of four of Uniworld’s “Super Ships.” This spectacular cruise includes destinations that are new to Uniworld, as well as special surprises and exclusive experiences.
Parts Of The Journey
1. Peru, Argentina, Brazil
For this 16-day cruise in the Peruvian Amazon, you’ll start with a stay at the Country Club Lima Hotel, then board either the Aria Amazon or the Aqua Nera (both ultra-luxurious ships are needed to accommodate all passengers). After 6 nights of sailing through the “mirrored forest,” you’ll stay at the Tambo del Inka hotel in the Sacred Valley. While there, you’ll visit both Cusco and the famous Machu Picchu. Your trip through South America ends with a stay at Argentina’s Iguazu Falls and the Belmond Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro. You’ll fly from Brazil on October 18 and arrive in the Netherlands on October 19.
2. Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Hungary
After arriving in Amsterdam for this 16-day “European Jewels” sailing on the Rhine, you’ll board Super Ship S.S. Beatrice for a delightful cruise through four countries. Your European experience includes the Masterpiece Collection Private Mozart & Strauss Concert in Austria. The concert is usually available at an additional cost, but it’s included for free on this cruise. When the 16 days are up, you’ll fly from Hungary to France on November 3.
3. France
This 8-day sailing on the S.S. Catherine takes you through the rich countryside of Burgundy and Provence. Fine wines and exclusive cuisine are highlights of this cruise. Highlights include another Masterpiece Collection experience — an immersive art and music exhibit at Carrières des Lumières. You’ll fly from France on November 10 and arrive in Vietnam on November 11.
4. Vietnam, Cambodia
After you arrive in Vietnam, you’ll spend 2 nights at the five-star Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and one night sailing the waters of Ha Long Bay. Then, you’ll hop on a short flight to Siem Reap, where you’ll visit ancient temples and bustling markets. After relaxing at the Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, you’ll board the Mekong Jewel to cruise the Mekong River and admire the Delta’s unique villages.
Your final stop of the 55-day cruise is the five-star Park Hyatt Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. The highlight of this stay is dinner with a fantastic panoramic view at the Chill Sky Bar.
