Las Vegas is already one of the most popular destinations for weddings and vow renewals. Now it’s looking to attract a massive turnout for a group vow renewal in March.
“Forever Vegas: A Celebration of Love” is planned for the weekend of March 2-5. Organizers hope to make it the world’s largest vow renewal taking place at iconic Las Vegas venues.
The events culminate on Saturday, March 4, with a group vow renewal at Caesars Forum.
“This celebration is a chance for couples who got married here, had a vow renewal here, or who are already married but want to become part of this special club to get together and get to know each other,” organizers said. “This is a way for us to say, ‘Thank you, you are part of our family.’”
Participants can join by choosing one of two packages available. The first starts at $350 and includes the ceremony and some additional events and perks. The second starts at $729 and also includes hotel packages.
Event Schedule
The weekend begins on Thursday night with a sunset viewing party from the Legacy Club atop the Circa Hotel, one of the city’s newest downtown resorts.
Cocktails will be served during a 2-hour open bar on the 60th-floor rooftop lounge, offering panoramic views of the city and beyond.
Friday night adds a second 2-hour open bar, this time atop the Paris Hotel Chateau Rooftop. Participants will be in the heart of the Strip overlooking the Bellagio Fountains, as well as views in every direction of the city.
The renewal ceremony takes place on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Caesars Forum Conference Center. It will include traditional wedding features, a few Las Vegas personalities will show up, and a DJ will spin tunes for the entire group. It will culminate in a giant group vow renewal.
Events will wrap up Sunday morning with a brunch at Park MGM’s Eataly Italian, a massive collection of food choices inside the Strip hotel. Cheese, salamis, and a wine flight will be on the menu.
The massive vow renewal is the latest move supported by Clark County, which bills itself as the Wedding Capital of the World. Early last year, the country celebrated when it issued its 5 millionth wedding license.
