Hold the presses! Are you looking for a travel deal to Europe this fall? Icelandair has just announced a sale on round-trip fares to several European destinations starting at $399. Of course, there’s a catch; you must book your flights by this weekend: midnight local (your) time on September 25 for travel from November 1 through April 30, 2023. The sale flights originate from several locations across the United States for selected locations across Europe.
These fares, part of the airline’s “Fall Flight Frenzy,” include all taxes and fees. Importantly, they are non-refundable.
Where Do You Want To Go?
Want to go to Reykjavik? You can fly there from Baltimore for just $399 round trip. If you leave from Minneapolis, you can visit Dublin for $538, Brussels for $546, or Oslo for $547 round trip. A flight from New York to Copenhagen starts at $449 round trip; from Washington, D.C., to Stockholm at $490 round trip; and from Boston to Helsinki starts at $455 round trip.
There are also great savings on flights from the West Coast, such as Seattle to Helsinki starting at $585 round trip, Dublin is just $588 round trip, and Copenhagen is just $617 round trip. Portlanders will see sales to London, Paris, and Stockholm starting at only $599 round trip.
You Can Get A Free Stopover In Reykjavik With Your Sale Fare
Even better than these round-trip deals to Europe, if you are traveling beyond Iceland, you can stop in Iceland for up to seven nights at no additional cost. Travelers who book an Economy Light ticket must stay for at least a Saturday night and can take advantage of a free stopover in Iceland for up to three nights. One carry-on bag is included in the fare.
So, dust off your warm clothes and be prepared to see the northern lights in Iceland, a Christmas Market in Germany, the Venice Carnival in Italy, National Tulip Day in Amsterdam, or any of the many European winter festivals. You could also enjoy a low-key, less crowded visit to someplace that has been on your bucket list for too long.
