Warehouse District Condo
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is centrally located in the CBD, just six blocks away from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Everything New Orleans has to offer — including The World War II Museum, the Mercedes Benz Super Dome, the Smoothie King Center, and the Ernest M. Morial Convention Center — is all right outside of your front door. Restaurants and a grocery store are also conveniently located within one, short block. Parking is not included, but there is a secure parking lot located just a block away.
Lower Garden District Carriage House
Situated amid a collection of beautiful grand old homes in the Lower Garden District, the Carriage House is a perfect getaway for two. The 1,000-square-foot cottage is just a couple of blocks from the streetcar and restaurants, and a 20-minute walk or easy Uber to the French Quarter.
The newly renovated, historic Carriage House overlooks a splendidly designed garden and pool. The hosts have thought of everything — from soft sheets to a large steam shower you won’t want to get out of. The upper level has two queen size beds and a half bath. You won’t be making any four-course meals here, but the kitchenette does have a two-burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, and full-size fridge.
Lafayette Townhouse
Ideal for multi-family vacation getaways and large family celebrations, this luxurious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom is just a block away from St. Charles Avenue, and a 5-minute drive from the French Quarter. Part of the Residences du Carondelet, this townhome also offers access to a pool which is within a minute’s walk. Plus, you can’t beat its large private courtyard.
Spacious and modern, this sunlit townhouse features custom interiors. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full mattresses, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There are also two pull-out sofas in the living room and a portable crib is available upon request. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Central Business District offers dining, live music, and vibrant nightlife. In addition to convenient grocery and drug stores, New Orleans attractions — such as Magazine Street, Harrah’s, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the National World War II Museum, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, House of Blues — are at your doorstep. Don’t feel like driving or taking an Uber? Hop on the St. Charles Streetcar, which is just a block away.
Garden District Two-Unit Luxury Home

Sitting on famed St. Charles Avenue, this historical home has a great location on the edge of the Garden District. Uptown and French Quarter are both easily accessible and the St. Charles streetcar line is nearby for your convenience.
Beautiful and well maintained, this Greek Revival home was built in 1853. With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, it can accommodate up to eight guests. The rental is just for the second and third floors of the house, but there is plenty of space for a group to surround themselves with sophisticated luxury. This stunning, elegant home is less than a mile and a half from both the Convention Center and the Superdome.
Private Estate In Lush Gardens
Getting together with family or friends? Go all out with this 5,000-square-foot villa featuring remarkable crown moldings, regal high ceilings, arches in the ballroom, a piano, a chef’s kitchen, a pool, and a southern front porch with rockers.
“The Estate” can accommodate up to 10 people, but if the five bedrooms and three bathrooms won’t hold your crew, you can rent out the guest house next door which sleeps six.
Surrounded by lush gardens, the property has a 100-year-old Oak tree in the front yard. Head out to the chicken coop in the bamboo courtyard for some fresh eggs.

Up to five can stay in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo if you include the air mattress. Everything New Orleans has to offer, including the Mercedes Benz Super Dome, Smoothie King Center, and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, are all within walking distance. Parking is not included, but there is a secure parking lot one block away.
Esplanade Ridge Home
Known as “The Happiness Haven,” this first-floor apartment is in the historic Seventh Ward. Conveniently located near the French Quarter, Jazz Fest, Frenchmen Street, Esplanade Avenue, and beautiful City Park, the urban neighborhood is quiet and friendly. In addition to location, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment’s lovely courtyard and free guest parking for up to three cars is a big draw. Dual master bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a Murphy bed and a desk. The hosts live upstairs in a separate second-floor residence but guests have a private entrance off of the street via the courtyard.
Central Business District Home
Looking to live like Mardi Gras royalty? Look no further than this luxury 1,000-square-foot condo smack dab in the center of downtown New Orleans. Just a couple blocks away from the French Quarter, it is located just minutes from the Superdome and Arena. Several area attractions are a safe, short walk away including Harrah’s Casino, Canal Place shopping center, the riverfront, Bourbon Street, and Frenchman Street. You can also hop streetcar, which quietly comes to an end right outside of the building. Take in the sights that surround the historic CBD building from the large outside deck, which features a firepit.
Marigny Home

From the four-poster king-sized bed to the exposed brick fireplace, this is a gorgeous getaway for two. Situated close to everything from Frenchmen Street to the French Quarter, this Marigny vacation home offers easy access to hundreds of area restaurants and bars, live music venues, and shops. Explore everything from great music to delicious food by foot or bike, or take a cab, streetcar, or segway. A riverboat cruise, the zoo, aquarium and IMAX, WWII Museum, and Harrah’s Casino are all just a $5 Uber ride away.
Although the neighborhood is pretty quiet for its proximity to New Orleans attractions, it is right across the street from horse and buggy stables, so you will hear the clippity clop of mule carriages passing the house in the morning and evening.
The Saxony In Bywater
Enjoy spectacular views of classic New Orleans from the balcony of this upscale condo which overlooks historic Bywater, one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Just blocks from the Mississippi River and steps from Crescent Park, The Saxony offers modern amenities in the heart of NOLA. Not only does the two-bed, two-bath condo come with a washer and dryer, but it also offers one free parking spot in the secure ground-floor garage which is accessible via elevators. There is also plenty of free street parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and secure bike storage. Please note that no pets or smoking is allowed.

There is only one queen bed, but up to four guests can stay when you include the large sofa and a pullout twin bed. This vacation rental also comes with a washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking is available, or you can pay $10 a night for covered gated parking. Many top restaurants, bars, and boutiques are conveniently located nearby.
